AI OnlyFans Model: How to Create One for Fanvue

An AI OnlyFans model is a fully AI-generated, clearly adult persona that runs a subscription page with a visible AI disclosure. You build it in 9 steps: persona, consistent face, content, voice, a verified Fanvue account, profile, prices, traffic and compliance.

Why Fanvue and not OnlyFans? Based on press coverage of its rules, OnlyFans requires AI-generated content to depict the verified creator who owns the account. A 100% AI model with no real person behind its likeness does not fit that rule, which is why AI models are built for Fanvue. Our Fanvue vs OnlyFans vs Fansly comparison covers the details.

We reviewed the official pages of each tool and Fanvue's own help center to build this guide. Each step starts with what to do, then the rule or the number that matters.

Three rules before you start

  • Never a real person's face or body without consent. Your model must be fictional, or every real person involved must have consented and be verified.
  • No minor-like appearance, ever. A prompt or a disclaimer does not change how content looks.
  • AI disclosure is mandatory. In the bio and on the content, on Fanvue and on every social platform you use.

Note: Fanvue is an 18+ platform. This guide covers the business and compliance side only.

Step 1: Define Your Persona

Start with who your model is, not with the tools. Decide four things: the niche, the world your character lives in, the personality and the visual style. These choices drive every image, caption and message you create later.

Niche

The topic and audience your persona speaks to. It shapes your content themes and where you find traffic.

World

Where your character lives, works and spends time. A defined world keeps backgrounds and storylines coherent.

Personality

Tone of voice, interests and how the character talks to fans. Write it down so every caption and message sounds the same.

Visual style

Face, hair, wardrobe, color palette and photo style. This becomes your reference sheet for step 2.

Guardrail: keep the style clearly adult, with no youthful features, and make sure the face does not resemble any real person.

Not sure which niche to pick? Our guide to the best niches for AI creators on Fanvue walks through the options.

Step 2: Create a Consistent Face

Your model needs the same face in every image and video, and re-typing the same prompt will not get you there. Use a tool that locks a character: Higgsfield Soul ID, The Influencer AI or ZenCreator, or train your own LoRA.

Option How it locks the face Notable Price
Higgsfield Soul ID Trains on at least 20 photos of the same character Consistent lighting, varied angles, at least one full-body shot; 3 to 5 min of training Check the official pricing page
The Influencer AI Build from traits, or AI Clone from 1 to 4 photos Lipsync in 40+ languages; 3-day trial (card required) From $19/mo for 1 influencer (as of October 2026)
ZenCreator Face swap onto your AI character Image-to-video with lipsync, batches of 10, credits never expire From $19.99 (as of October 2026)
LoRA (DIY) Train a small custom model on images of your character Most control, steepest learning curve Depends on your setup

Higgsfield Soul ID

Soul ID trains a character from your own reference set. Higgsfield asks for at least 20 photos of the same person, with consistent lighting, varied angles and at least one full-body shot. Training takes 3 to 5 minutes.

For an AI model, your reference set is a batch of generated images of your character, never photos of a real person who has not consented. Higgsfield explains the process on its Soul ID page; for plans, check the official pricing page.

The Influencer AI

The Influencer AI lets you build a character from traits, or create an "AI Clone" from 1 to 4 photos. It also handles lipsync in 40+ languages, which helps once your model starts talking in videos.

Plans cost $19, $39, $99 and $199 per month for 1, 3, 8 and 16 influencers (as of October 2026). A 3-day trial is available, and a credit card is required to start it. Details are on the official pricing page.

ZenCreator

ZenCreator combines face swap with image-to-video and lipsync, and generates in batches of 10. Use face swap only to place your own AI character's face, never a real person's.

Pricing starts at $19.99 (as of October 2026), and the credits never expire, which suits creators who produce in bursts. See the official pricing page.

Train your own LoRA

A LoRA is a small add-on model trained on images of your character, which you load into an image generator to reproduce the same face. It gives you the most control and no dependence on one platform, but it takes more time to learn and to set up.

Whichever route you take, our AI influencer face consistency guide explains the techniques in more depth.

Step 3: Produce Your Content

Build a content library before you launch: photo sets and short videos of the same character, in the same world and style. Consistency matters as much as quality, both for the face and for how often you post.

  • Photos: generate sets around one scene or theme from your persona's world, so each post feels like part of a story.
  • Short videos: animate your best images with image-to-video, and add lipsync when your character speaks.
  • A steady schedule: decide how often you publish and stick to it. A batch made in advance keeps you on schedule during busy weeks.
  • A disclosure on every item: Fanvue requires an AI disclosure on each media item, so build it into your workflow (watermark or caption).

Review every output before you publish. Check that the face matches your reference, that the character looks clearly adult, and that nothing resembles a real person.

Step 4: Add a Voice (Optional)

A voice is optional, but it makes your model feel more consistent across videos and messages. Fanvue has announced voice notes with ElevenLabs, so ElevenLabs is the natural pick for an AI voice.

Read the usage policy first. ElevenLabs' usage policy has a section on sexual content. Read it before you use a voice for any content that is not strictly SFW, and never clone a real person's voice without their consent.

Step 5: Create and Verify Your Fanvue Account

Sign up on Fanvue and complete KYC verification with an ID document and a selfie. That applies to AI accounts too, even if your face never appears on the page.

What Fanvue requires from AI creators

  • • AI disclosure: your bio must say the model is AI, and each media item needs a clear disclosure. Fanvue also shows an AI tag on your profile. Never tell fans it is a real person.
  • • Real people: anyone real who appears needs their own verified account or a signed Model Release Form. If the body comes from a real person, Fanvue treats it as a real model, even with an AI face.
  • • Up to 15 AI accounts per verified identity, if you later run several personas.
  • • Fee: Fanvue takes 20%, so you keep 80% (as of October 2026). Check the current terms in the Fanvue help center.

The full rules, including banned content, payouts and the conditions for linking accounts, are in our Fanvue AI rules guide.

Step 6: Set Up Your Profile

Fill in every profile element before you send anyone to your page: profile photo, banner, intro video and welcome message, with discoverability turned on. Then publish your first posts.

Profile checklist

  • ✓Profile photo of your character
  • ✓Banner in your persona's visual style
  • ✓Intro video
  • ✓Welcome message for new subscribers
  • ✓Discoverability turned on
  • ✓AI disclosure in the bio

How many posts before launch? Fanvue's help center gives two figures: one article recommends at least 3 posts, another at least 20. Aiming for the higher number gives new subscribers more to see from day one.

Step 7: Set Your Prices

Fanvue lets you set a subscription between $3.99 and $100 per month (as of October 2026), and says most successful creators charge between $5 and $30. On top of the subscription, mix free-for-subscribers posts with pay-per-view content.

Benchmark Monthly price Source
Range allowed on Fanvue $3.99 to $100 (as of October 2026) Fanvue help center
Most successful creators $5 to $30 (as of October 2026) Fanvue help center

Pay-per-view content lets subscribers choose what they buy, so the subscription price does not have to carry everything. Check the current limits in the Fanvue help center before you set yours.

Step 8: Drive Traffic

Plan to bring your own audience from social platforms. X and Reddit allow a direct link to your page, while Instagram, TikTok and YouTube work through a link in bio.

Platform How you link to Fanvue AI label
X Direct link Follow X's AI labeling rules
Reddit Direct link Follow Reddit's and each community's rules
Instagram Link in bio "AI-generated profile" label (since August 31, 2026)
TikTok Link in bio Follow TikTok's AI labeling rules
YouTube Link in bio Check YouTube's current rules

Label your AI content on each platform, not just on Fanvue. On Instagram, AI personas without the "AI-generated profile" label risk losing reach.

We cover the AI label of each platform, and the niches that fit each one, in our guide to the best niches for AI creators on Fanvue. For Instagram growth in general, see our AI influencer Instagram guide.

Step 9: Stay Within the Rules and the Law

Two laws matter most for AI models in 2026: the US TAKE IT DOWN Act and article 50 of the EU AI Act. On top of them, two rules never change: no real person's likeness without consent, and no minor-like appearance.

TAKE IT DOWN Act (US)

  • • Signed on May 19, 2025, enforced by the FTC since May 19, 2026.
  • • Publishing intimate images or "digital forgeries" of identifiable people is a crime.
  • • Platforms must remove reported content within 48 hours.

EU AI Act, article 50

  • • In force since August 2, 2026.
  • • Deepfakes must be disclosed as AI-generated.
  • • Fines up to €15M or 3% of turnover.

Source: Cloud Security Alliance Labs (labs.cloudsecurityalliance.org), July 29, 2026.

Never use a real person's likeness without consent. That covers faces, bodies and voices, including face swaps.

Never create a minor-like appearance. Fanvue judges how content looks, and a prompt or a disclaimer does not change that.

Fanvue enforces its own rules on top of the law, with sanctions that go from a warning to a ban. Re-read the Fanvue AI rules whenever Fanvue updates its guidelines. This guide is not legal advice.

Estimate

Starting Budget

Plan for about $20 to $100 per month in tools to start (as of October 2026), plus your time. That is our estimate for one character tool, with an optional voice tool on top. It is not a quote: your real cost depends on the tools you choose and how much you produce.

No tool or platform guarantees income, and most of the work is in steps 3 and 8. For what AI creators actually report, and how to read those numbers, see our AI creator earnings and statistics page.

FAQ

How do I make an AI OnlyFans/Fanvue model?

Define a clearly adult, fictional persona, lock its face with a character tool (Higgsfield Soul ID, The Influencer AI, ZenCreator or a LoRA), and build a library of photos and short videos. Then open a Fanvue account, complete ID verification, disclose the AI status in your bio and on every post, set your prices and drive traffic from social platforms. Fanvue is the usual choice because OnlyFans requires AI content to depict the verified creator.

Can I make an AI model for free?

Not entirely. The Influencer AI has a 3-day trial, but a credit card is required, and most character tools are paid. Training your own LoRA with open-source tools avoids a subscription, but it takes time and capable hardware. Our estimate for a realistic start is about $20 to $100 per month in tools (as of October 2026), plus your time. Fanvue takes a 20% fee on what you earn.

How do I keep the face consistent?

Use a tool built for character consistency instead of re-prompting the same description. Higgsfield Soul ID trains on at least 20 images of your character, The Influencer AI builds a character from traits or an AI Clone from 1 to 4 photos, ZenCreator offers face swap onto your AI character, and a LoRA gives you a custom model. Our face consistency guide compares the techniques.

How many photos do I need for Soul ID?

Higgsfield asks for at least 20 photos of the same person, with consistent lighting, varied angles and at least one full-body shot. Training takes 3 to 5 minutes. For an AI model, that means 20 generated images of your character, never photos of a real person who has not consented.

Do I need to verify my ID for an AI account?

Yes. Fanvue requires KYC verification with an ID document and a selfie, even if your face never appears on the account. Any real person shown in the content needs their own verified account or a signed Model Release Form. Once verified, one identity can run up to 15 AI accounts.

What should I charge for a subscription?

Fanvue allows subscriptions from $3.99 to $100 per month, and says most successful creators charge between $5 and $30. Fanvue does not publish a typical price for AI personas, so start in the lower part of that range and add pay-per-view content on top of free-for-subscribers posts.

Is it legal to make an AI model?

Creating a fully fictional, clearly adult AI persona and disclosing it as AI is generally allowed, but the rules around it are strict. In the US, the TAKE IT DOWN Act makes publishing intimate images or "digital forgeries" of identifiable people a crime. In the EU, AI Act article 50 requires deepfakes to be disclosed, with fines up to €15M or 3% of turnover. Never use a real person’s likeness without consent and never create a minor-like appearance. This is not legal advice.

Ready to Build Your AI Model?

Start with the persona and the face, then open your Fanvue account once you have a first batch of content. Keep the three rules in mind at every step: no real person without consent, no minor-like appearance, and a clear AI disclosure.
