Fanvue vs OnlyFans vs Fansly for AI Creators (2026)
If your creator is 100% AI-generated, Fanvue is currently the only one of these three platforms that clearly accepts it. OnlyFans requires AI content to depict the verified creator, and Fansly bans photorealistic AI, even with a label.
We reviewed each platform's published rules on AI personas, AI labels, verification, AI chat and fees. Where no official text was available to us, we say so and point you to the press source, so you can re-check it yourself.

Quick Verdict
Pick Fanvue if your creator is a fully AI-generated persona. It allows AI creators with a mandatory disclosure, shows an AI tag on your profile and lets one verified identity run up to 15 AI accounts.
OnlyFans fits only if the AI content depicts you, the verified creator, with a clear AI caption. A fully invented AI model does not fit its rules, based on press coverage.
Fansly fits only if your persona is clearly non-photorealistic (illustrated or stylized) and the operator is verified.

About the OnlyFans column: we could not review an official OnlyFans page on AI. Its rules here come from press coverage and captures of its terms (Business Insider, 2024; Reuters, 2024; ConductAtlas capture, May 2026). Re-check them on onlyfans.com before you decide.
Sources for the other columns: Fanvue's help center and Community Guidelines, and the Fansly help center article on AI (July 8, 2026). LoyalFans: no official AI policy found.
Fanvue and AI: Allowed, With Disclosure
Fanvue allows 100% AI-generated creators, as long as the AI status is disclosed clearly. Its Community Guidelines (§D) state: "All AI-generated media must include a clear and prominent disclosure." That can be a watermark, a caption, a message or the bio.
What Fanvue requires from AI creators
- • AI disclosure: your bio must say the model is AI, and every media item needs a disclosure. Never tell fans it is a real person.
- • AI tag: Fanvue shows an AI tag on your profile. A fan who subscribed while the tag was visible is not refunded on the grounds that the creator is AI.
- • Verification (KYC): an ID document and a selfie, even if your face never appears on the account.
- • Real people: if the body comes from a real person, Fanvue treats it as a real model, with KYC, even with an AI face. Anyone real shown on the account needs a verified account or a signed Model Release Form.
- • Accounts: up to 15 AI accounts per verified identity (2 for human creators). Linking accounts requires approved KYC, at least one successful withdrawal and no active warning.
Fanvue also builds AI into the platform. AI Messaging rewrites the messages you draft, and Fanvue has announced voice notes with ElevenLabs. It also offers an AI Creator Coach and AI Analytics.
On money, Fanvue takes a 20% fee, so you keep 80% (as of October 2026). Earnings stay pending for about 7 days (30 days if the fan's email is not verified). Withdrawals go through bank transfer, MassPay, Cosmo or crypto; there is no PayPal option. Fanvue does not publish a minimum withdrawal. Check the current figures in the Fanvue help center.
The full rule set, including banned content and the 2026 policy changes, is in our Fanvue AI rules guide.
OnlyFans and AI: Only If It Depicts You
OnlyFans does not accept a fully invented AI persona, based on press coverage of its rules. AI-generated content must depict the verified creator who owns the account (Business Insider, 2024). In practice, AI can help you produce content of yourself, but it cannot replace you with a different, made-up person.
OnlyFans AI rules reported in the press and in captured terms
- • Who the content shows: AI content must depict the verified creator (Business Insider, 2024).
- • AI label: a caption is required, for example #ai or #AIGenerated (terms of service, ConductAtlas capture, May 2026).
- • AI chat: AI chatbots are not allowed in private messages (Reuters, 2024).
- • Terms effective Nov 1, 2026: OnlyFans' own services may process messages with AI; third-party data-collecting tools are banned (Riverfront Times, Oct 6, 2026).
- • Fees and account limits: check the official terms.
New Terms from November 1, 2026: OnlyFans' updated Terms (effective Nov 1, 2026) let OnlyFans' own services process messages with AI, ban third-party data-collecting tools, and keep the rule that AI content must clearly feature the verified Creator. Sources: Riverfront Times (October 6, 2026) and Sly Panorama. We could not read the updated Terms themselves on onlyfans.com.
These rules come from secondary sources, not from an official OnlyFans page we could review. Policies change, so read the current terms on onlyfans.com before you plan anything around the platform.
Fansly and AI: No Photorealistic AI
Fansly bans photorealistic AI content, and a label does not change that. Non-photorealistic AI personas, such as illustrated or clearly stylized characters, are allowed if the person operating the account is verified.
Fansly AI rules (help center, July 8, 2026)
- • Photorealistic AI: banned, even with an AI label.
- • Non-photorealistic personas: allowed, with verification of the operator.
- • AI chat: possible, with human supervision.
- • Labels, account limits and fees: not published in the sources we reviewed; check the official terms.
So Fansly can work for a stylized character, not for a realistic AI model. Read the Fansly help center article and the terms on fansly.com for the exact wording.
Criterion by Criterion: Who Wins for AI Creators?
Fanvue wins every criterion where a platform publishes a clear rule for AI creators. That is mostly because it is the only one of the three that writes rules for AI personas in the first place.
100% AI personas
Fanvue allows them with disclosure. OnlyFans requires AI content to depict the verified creator, and Fansly only allows non-photorealistic personas.
AI labeling
Fanvue and OnlyFans both require AI labels. Fanvue's rule is the most detailed: disclosure in the bio and on every media item, plus a platform AI tag that protects you against refund claims from fans who subscribed while it was visible. OnlyFans requires a caption such as #ai or #AIGenerated, per a capture of its terms.
AI chat with fans
Fanvue has a built-in AI Messaging tool that rewrites the messages you draft. Fansly allows AI in chats with human supervision. OnlyFans bans AI chatbots in private messages, according to Reuters (2024).
Multiple accounts and fees
Fanvue publishes both numbers: 15 AI accounts per verified identity and a 20% fee (as of October 2026). For OnlyFans and Fansly, check the official terms; we did not find these figures in the sources we reviewed.
Verdict: Which Platform for an AI Creator?
For a 100% AI persona, Fanvue is currently the only one of the three that clearly accepts it. OnlyFans is an option only if the AI content depicts you, the verified creator. Fansly is an option only for a non-photorealistic character.
Rules on fan platforms change fast. Fanvue alone updated its guidelines twice in 2026 (June and October), and the OnlyFans rules in this comparison come from press coverage and captured terms. Re-check each platform's official pages before you commit, and see our AI OFM hub for the wider business picture.
The guardrails that apply on every platform
- • Never use a real person's face or body without their consent.
- • No minor-like appearance, ever. A prompt or a disclaimer does not change that.
- • Disclose that your creator is AI, in the bio and on the content.
- • No platform guarantees income. Plan for costs and time before any revenue.
Note: Fanvue, OnlyFans and Fansly are 18+ platforms. This page covers platform rules and business only.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can AI models be on OnlyFans?
Not as a 100% AI persona. According to press coverage of its rules (Business Insider, 2024), OnlyFans requires AI-generated content to depict the verified creator who owns the account. You can use AI to create content of yourself, but a fully invented AI model with no verified real person behind its likeness does not fit those rules. Re-check the current terms on onlyfans.com before you build anything.
Is AI allowed on OnlyFans?
AI-generated content is allowed on OnlyFans only within limits. Based on press reports and a capture of its terms (ConductAtlas, May 2026), the content must depict the verified creator and carry a clear caption such as #ai or #AIGenerated. AI chatbots in private messages are not allowed (Reuters, 2024). These rules come from secondary sources, so confirm them on onlyfans.com.
Does Fansly allow AI?
Partly. Fansly's help center (article dated July 8, 2026) bans photorealistic AI content, even when it is labeled. Non-photorealistic AI personas are allowed if the person operating the account is verified, and AI can be used in chats with human supervision.
Which platform is best for AI creators?
For a 100% AI persona, Fanvue is currently the only one of the three that clearly accepts it. It allows fully AI-generated creators with a mandatory AI disclosure, lets one verified identity run up to 15 AI accounts, includes an AI Messaging tool and takes a 20% fee (as of October 2026). OnlyFans requires AI content to depict the verified creator, and Fansly bans photorealistic AI.
Do I need to label AI content on OnlyFans?
Yes. A capture of the OnlyFans terms (ConductAtlas, May 2026) shows that AI-generated content needs a caption that identifies it, for example #ai or #AIGenerated. Remember that the content must also depict you, the verified creator. Check the current wording on onlyfans.com, since the rule comes from a third-party capture.
