Alexya AI Review: Is It Legit? Pricing, Features and Legal Terms
Alexya is an AI influencer generator that promises to keep the same face in every photo and video. Plans start at $9/month (as of October 2026). The service is young and its operator is anonymous, so we reviewed its pricing, legal terms, refund policy and the "scam" ratings you will find online.

Our Verdict
Young and opaque — if you're curious, start with the $9 plan and test the face consistency before committing.
What is Alexya AI?
Alexya is a web app for creating an AI influencer and producing photos and short vertical videos of that same character. Its promise is stated plainly on the homepage: "Create your AI influencer once and keep the same face in every photo and video."
The site does not explain how it keeps the face consistent. So the practical question is simple: does the face hold up across your own photos and clips? That is something you can check on the cheapest plan before spending more.
Alexya Features
Alexya covers images, vertical video and character replacement in existing clips, with an API for developers. Here is what each part does, based on the official site.
Images
Text to image with reference photos, styles and presets. Three modes: fast, high quality and GPT.
Vertical video
Built for TikTok, Reels and Shorts: cinematic image to video (3 to 15 seconds), Seedance 2.0 / 2.5 (up to 30 seconds), Omni Video (up to 4K) and Nova.
"Replace"
Replaces the person in an existing clip with your character, from 1 to 4 photos.
API, MCP and Discord
A public API (API docs), an MCP endpoint for AI agents, and a Discord community.
What is not listed
Pose control, outfit changes and lipsync are not listed on the site. If your AI influencer needs talking videos, compare with The Influencer AI or ZenCreator, which both list lipsync.

Alexya AI Pricing
Alexya costs $9/month (as of October 2026) on the Starter plan, $29/month (as of October 2026) on Pro and $99/month (as of October 2026) on Power User. Each plan gives a monthly credit balance, and the plan cards show how many images or videos that buys at most.
| Plan | Price | Credits / month | Up to (images / videos) | Extras |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $9/mo (as of October 2026) | 1,900 | 76 / 13 | – |
| Pro | $29/mo (as of October 2026) | 7,400 | 296 / 52 | 1 day of unlimited images, 2 generations in parallel |
| Power User | $99/mo (as of October 2026) | 29,200 | 1,168 / 208 | 5 days of unlimited images, 6 generations in parallel |
What an image or a video costs in credits
An image costs about 25 credits and a video about 140 credits. This is our own calculation from the "up to" figures on the plan cards (for example, 1,900 credits for up to 76 images on Starter), not an official per-generation price.
- Top-ups: extra credits never expire.
- Cancellation: cancel anytime.
- Payments: handled by Whop.
- Free credits at signup: the amount is not published, so check the official pricing page.

Alexya Legal Terms and Refund Policy
Alexya's legal pages are complete and were updated on September 8, 2026. They also show who you are dealing with, or rather who you cannot identify. Here is what the terms, privacy policy and refund policy say.
| Topic | What the legal pages say |
|---|---|
| Operator | "AlexyaAI", with no legal entity, registration number or address |
| Location and law | Says it is based in the United Arab Emirates; UAE law applies |
| Refunds | First payment only, within 7 days, if the credits were not "materially used"; renewals are non-refundable |
| Content rules | Prohibits obscene content, fraudulent deepfakes and impersonation |
The refund rule is the one to remember. Once your plan renews, that payment is not refundable, so cancel before the renewal date if the face consistency does not convince you.
Is Alexya Legit?
Alexya looks like a real but very young and opaque service. We found no documented user complaint, but several facts make it hard to know who runs it. Here are both sides.
Against
- - The domain was created on July 8, 2025, and its WHOIS record is masked.
- - The operator is anonymous: no company name, registration number or address.
- - The user count ("112,000 creators") cannot be verified.
- - Growth is driven by influencer referral links.
For
- + The legal pages (terms, privacy, refund policy) are complete and recent.
- + The API is real and runs on well-known models.
- + Payments go through Whop.
- + We found no documented user complaint.
Is Alexya AI a scam? What the "scam" ratings mean
The "scam" ratings you find when you search for Alexya are algorithmic, not based on user complaints. Automated checkers score a website from signals such as domain age, WHOIS privacy and traffic, and Alexya's young domain, masked WHOIS and low traffic pull those scores down.
| Verdict | Checkers and ratings for alexya.ai |
|---|---|
| Low scores | franceverif ("douteuse", French for dubious), verifsites, Gridinsoft (48 to 56/100) |
| Good scores | PCrisk (77/100, "Low Risk"), ScamAdviser ("Very Likely Safe") |
In short: the low scores flag a new, anonymous website, not reported fraud. That is a reason to start small, not proof of a scam.

Young and opaque — if you're curious, start with the $9 plan and test the face consistency before committing.
Alexya has a clear promise, a low entry price (Starter at $9/month, as of October 2026), vertical video on models such as Seedance and Omni Video, an API and complete legal pages. We found no documented user complaint. But the operator is anonymous, the domain dates from July 2025, and refunds are limited to your first payment within 7 days.
If you would rather pay a company you can identify, look at Higgsfield AI, The Influencer AI or ZenCreator.
